#07 - How to Holistically Become Bigger, Stronger, and Happier with Bobby Kaplan
After losing nearly 125lbs Bobby was still unhappy.
He achieved his goals but wasn't happy with his body. He traded in consistently attending spin classes for a devotion to strongman competitions. While finding some success in Strongman, he still was not completely fulfilled and not living his Dream.
This took him down the road of holistic health and spirituality, learning to nourish his body and mind in more aspects than just nutrition and exercise. He is now pursuing his passion, teaching men how to lose weight through a holistic approach of self-mastery.
